You can access the back office by logging into the system through this page.

You can get into the login page either by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner of the website or by directly using the URL. 

To Login enter your Username and Password and then click Sign In to access your dashboard. For security reasons, your account will be blocked for a short time after multiple unsuccessful login attempts.

Need Help Accessing Your Account?

  • If you haven’t received your verification email, click Resend Verification Link on the login page.

  • If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password option to reset it.

New User?

If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one by selecting Register as Distributor or Register as Customer from the login page or the profile icon dropdown.

 

Resend Verification Link

When registration is completed successfully, you will receive an account activation (verification) email with a link to set your password. If you have not received this email, you can resend the verification link by following the steps below.

Steps to Resend the Verification Link

  1. Click Resend Verification Link on the login page.

  2. Enter your Username or registered Email ID.

  3. Click the Request button.

A new verification link will be sent to your registered email address, and a confirmation message — “Verification link has been sent to your email address” — will be displayed.

Notes

  • If the account is already verified, a message “User is already verified” will appear at the top-right corner of the page.

  • If the entered username or email does not exist, you will see “Unable to find the user with these details.”

 

Forgot Password

If you cannot remember your password, you can create a new one using the Recover Account option.

Steps to Reset Your Password

  1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
    You will be redirected to the Recover Account page.

  2. Enter your Username or registered Email ID in the provided field.

  3. Click the Request button.

    A link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address with instructions. A confirmation message will also be displayed on the screen.
