Distributor Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page displayed after you log in to the back office. It provides an overview of your account and quick access to key information.

Your back office dashboard is shown in the image below.

 

The dashboard shows the overall report of the business in one place. It provides a clear view of how the business is performing. 

This dashboard includes: 

  • Financial overview 

  • Sales overview 

  • Business performance 

  • Geographic analytics 

  • Other related business insights 

A navigation menu is available on the left side of the screen, allowing you to access different sections of the back office. At the top, quick-access options are provided to help you perform actions efficiently.

Important alerts or actions that require your attention are displayed as pop-up messages on the dashboard.

Details of each section available on the dashboard are explained in the following pages of this user guide. 

 

Announcements 

This section displays announcements configured by the Admin. 

From this section, you can proceed with the action mentioned in the announcement, such as updating your KYC details, Profile update, Update Card details or completing other required tasks.

You can also enable Allow Push Notifications to receive important updates instantly.

There are two types of announcements: 

  • Normal Announcements – Displayed directly on the dashboard. 

  • Pop-up Announcements – Displayed as a pop-up on the screen. 

Both types of announcements provide an option to proceed with the configured action. 

Dashboard announcements are updated automatically at regular intervals, ensuring you always see the latest information. You can use the left and right arrow buttons in the announcement section to navigate between announcements.

 

Financial Overview 

This section shows the overall earnings details for the selected time period. 

The following details are displayed in this section: 

  • Personal Purchases: Displays the total amount invested in package purchases, upgrades, and related activities. Clicking on the displayed amount will redirect you to the Personal Package Purchase History page, where you can view detailed information about your purchased packages.

  • Total Payout: Displays the total amount of payout requests that have been processed. Clicking on the amount will redirect you to the Payout History page, where you can view details of completed payouts. 

  • Profit Gained: Shows the profit generated from investments and income, displayed as a percentage comparing the amount earned versus the amount spent. The equation is [(Earning-Investment)/Investment]*100

A filter is available at the top-right of this section. Using this filter you can view earnings based on the selected duration. 

  • Overall – Shows overall earnings data without any date restriction. 

  • Today – Shows earnings data for the selected/current day. 

  • This Week – Shows earnings data for the current week. 

  • This Month – Shows earnings data for the current month. 

  • This Year – Shows earnings data for the current year. 

This helps users easily analyze earnings for a specific duration. 

 

Team Sales Overview

This overview section shows the total sales generated from the downline members in your network for the selected time period. 

The information shown in this section depends on the MLM plan configured in the system.

  • Displayed Fields by Plan
    • For Unilevel and Matrix plans, the following fields are displayed: Personal Sales, Team Sales, Direct Referrals, Downline Members.

       

      Personal Sales: Displays the total sales amount generated from your personal purchases during the selected time period.
      Team Sales: Displays the total sales amount generated by your downline members in your network during the selected time period.
      Direct Referrals: Shows the total number of users directly referred by you.
      Downline Members: Displays the total number of members in your downline network.

    • For the Binary plan, the following fields are displayed: Left Leg Sales, Right Leg Sales, Left Carry Forward, Right Carry Forward


      For Binary plans, left-leg and right-leg sales are displayed in different colors. You can view the sales percentage of each leg by hovering the mouse pointer over the graph.

      Left Sales: Displays the total volume earned and available in the left leg during the selected time period.
      Right Sales : Displays the total volume earned and available in the right leg during the selected time period.

      Left Carry Forward: Displays the unpaid volume or sales remaining in the left leg after the binary bonus payout cycle, which is carried forward to the next cycle.
      Right Carry Forward: Displays the unpaid volume or sales remaining in the right leg after the binary bonus payout cycle, which is carried forward to the next cycle.
      Clicking on the volume in any section redirects the user to the Sales History page, where detailed sales reports can be viewed. 

  • Time Period Selection: You can select the required time period from the drop-down menu. The available options are: Overall, Today, This week, This month and This year.

    Sales data for the selected time period is displayed in both graphical and numerical formats. The graphical view represents sales activity for the selected period.

Note:  Sales data in this widget may be displayed based on: Business Volume (BV), Career Volume (CV), Points, Sales. This depends on the configuration set by the Admin.

 

Profile Summary 

The Profile Summary section displays a brief overview of the logged-in user. 

The Profile Summary Card displays key information about your account and provides quick access to profile-related actions.

  • Profile Image — Displays your profile picture.

  • Name — Shows your registered full name.

  • Username — Displays your account username.

  • Status — Indicates your account status (for example, Active/Inactive).

  • Rank — Displays your current rank in the system.

The Personalized Domain section allows you to access and share your referral domain.

  • View personalized domain — Displays your assigned domain.

  • Copy personalized domain — Copies your referral link to the clipboard for easy sharing.

Social Links : Social media icons are provided to help you share the link directly through the social platforms.

Note: You can edit your First Name, Last Name & Profile Picture from my profile view. 

 

 

Wallet Balances 

The Wallet Balances section displays the available balance in each wallet. 

Different wallet types available in the system may include Commission Wallet, Purchase Wallet, Rewards Wallet, and Dividend Wallet.

The available balance of each wallet is displayed in this section. Clicking the “Show All” button for any wallet will redirect you to the respective wallet page, where you can view the transaction history and wallet details.

 

Geographic Analytics 

The Geographic Analytics section displays the countries from which members have joined under the logged-in user. 

  • Countries with new member joinings are highlighted on the map. You can view the number of members joined from each country by hovering the mouse pointer over the country. 

  • Use the + and – icons to zoom in and zoom out on the map. 

  • The progress bar on the right side shows the percentage of members joined from each country. 

  • Click Show All to navigate to the 'Team Joining Overview', where detailed information such as joining date and country can be viewed. 

 

Rank Analysis 

The Rank Analysis section allows you to view the criteria required to achieve the next rank and track the current performance. The criteria displayed on the dashboard are configured by the admin. 

The following details are displayed:  

  • Current Package: Displays the current package versa required package required to achieve the rank.
  • Current Rank: Display the current rank that is required to acheive the next rank.
  • Direct Referral Count: Displays the number of directly refered members to achieve the criteria. 
  • Team Downline Count: Displays the number of downline members in the genealogy tree to achieve the criteria. 
  • Personal Career Volume: Displays the total Career Volume (CV) generated from your personal purchases and the purchases made by your referred customers.
  • Personal Team Career Volume: Displays the total Career Volume (CV) generated from purchases made by your referred members and their customers.
  • Team Career Volume: Displays the total Career Volume (CV) generated by your downline members in the genealogy tree and their referred customers’ purchases.
  • Personal Business Volume: Displays the total Business Volume (BV) generated from your personal purchases and the purchases made by your referred customers.
  • Personal Team Business Volume: Displays the total Business Volume (BV) generated from purchases made by your referred members and their customers.
  • Team Business Volume: Displays the total Business Volume (BV) generated by your downline members in the genealogy tree and their referred customers’ purchases.
  • Personal Sales: Displays the total sales generated from your personal purchases and purchases made by your referred customers.
  • Personal Team Sales: Displays the total sales generated by your referred members and their customers’ purchases.
  • Team Sales: Displays the total sales generated by your downline members in the genealogy tree and their referred customers’ purchases.
  • Personal Customer Sale: Displays the commercial sales generated from your purchases and the purchases made by your referred customers through the commerce system.
  • Personal GV Customer Sale: Displays the total commercial sales generated by your referred members and their customers through commerce purchases.
  • Total Rank(s) in Team: Displays the number of downline members in your team who have achieved a specific rank, based on the rank requirements configured in the system.
  • Total Rank(s) in Personal Team: Displays the number of directly referred members who have achieved a specific rank.
  • Minimum personal team legs with Rank(s): Displays the number of personal team legs that contain members who have achieved the specified rank, based on the rank requirements configured in the system.
  • Total Package-Name purchases in team: Displays the number of downline members in your team who have purchased or upgraded to the specified package.
  • Total Package-Name purchases in personal team: Displays the number of directly referred members who have purchased or upgraded to the specified package.

This section allows you to easily track the progress of each requirement needed to achieve the next rank.

 

Rank and Package Overview 

The Rank and Package Overview section on the dashboard provides a quick summary of the user’s current and upcoming rank and package details. 

 

  • Current Title Rank:Displays your current title rank within the system (for example, Distributor).

  • Next Title Rank: Displays the next title rank you are eligible to achieve once the required criteria are met (for example, Sr. Distributor).

  • Current Package: Shows your currently active package along with its validity date (for example, Membership Package 1 – Valid until 17/11/2026).

  • Next Package: Displays the next available package you can upgrade to based on your eligibility (for example, Membership Package 2).

 

 

Commission Summary 

The Commission Summary section provides an overview of your earnings, expenses, and withdrawals for each wallet. The displayed transactions are wallet-specific and are filtered based on the selected time period. You can choose the desired time range from the dropdown options: Overall, Today, This Week, This Month, and This Year. 

To view details for a specific wallet, select the required wallet from the Wallet dropdown located on the left side. This option allows you to easily switch between different wallets.

  • Earnings: This section displays all earnings credited to your selected wallet, such as: Bonuses, Admin deposits, Fund deposits. The total credited amount is shown alongside each earning type for clear reference.
     

  • Expenses: This section lists all recorded expenses from the selected wallet. Each entry includes the expense type and the total amount for that category. 

 

  • Withdrawals: This section displays the withdrawals made from the selected wallet during the chosen time period. The details include the withdrawal amount and the payment method used for each transaction. 

 

Team Performance  

The Team Performance section displays the performance of the team (all downline members) under the logged-in user for the selected time period. This section is divided into four parts: Top Earners, Rank Overview, Package Overview, and New Members. 

You can filter the data using the time-period dropdown. The dropdown includes five options: Overall, Today, This Week, This Month, and This Year. 

Details of each section are as follows: 

Top Earners: 
This section shows the list of top-earning members from the user’s downline. 
Click the Show All option to view the earnings overview of all team members. 

 

Rank Overview: 
This section displays the number of downline members in each rank. 
Clicking on a rank will redirect you to the Team Rank Overview page, where all members with the selected rank are listed. 

 

Package Overview: 
This section shows the number of downline members under each package type. 
Clicking on a package will redirect you to the Team Package Overview page, displaying members with the selected package. 

 

New Members: 
This section lists members who have joined recently, along with their full name and joining time. 
Click the Show All option to view the complete joining history of all downline members. 

 

Corporate Events  

Users can view upcoming events and announcements added by the administrator in this section. The timeline of corporate events is displayed using a calendar widget. 

 

Click on a specific date to view the details of the events scheduled for that day. 

 
Use the arrow icons to navigate to the previous or next month. 
Click Show All to view all events scheduled for the selected month. 

 

 

News & Activities 

This section displays links to company- and business-related news and activities. 

 

Click Show All to view the complete list of news and activities. 
Click Read More next to any news item to view the full details.
