By subscribing to LearningWorld.AI, you agree to the following terms governing your use of our subscription-based services.

1. Subscription Billing

Your subscription is billed on a monthly recurring basis to the payment method provided at checkout. Charges will automatically continue each month unless you cancel before your next billing cycle begins.

2. Payment Authorization

By submitting your payment information and completing checkout, you authorize LearningWorld.ai to automatically charge your selected payment method each month for the then-current subscription fee, until you cancel.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

• Cancellation stops future billing.
• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
• Your access will remain active through the end of the paid period.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with LearningWorld.ai.

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription.
• After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable — including partial months or unused service.
• Refunds for recurring monthly charges will only be issued if a verifiable billing error occurred.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your payment information up to date
• Canceling your subscription in a timely manner if you wish to stop billing

6. Modifications to Pricing or Terms

We reserve the right to update pricing or revise these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
